Main task: to give the basic skills of working with breathing apparatus (BA) and diving up to 18 meters in various conditions. Receipt of the first certificate for scuba diving up to 18 meters according to the European system BNDL. The basis of organizing the underwater object security. Enemy countering tactics while he is using various types of fighting; search operations, object detection, mines, dangerous items, locations safety, control of water and navigation areas.

Objective: to prepare cadets in full scuba guard (civil version) to obtain international certificates, allowing working abroad in the security field in the future (protection of private luxury yachts, private beaches, sea-based facilities, etc.)

Duration: 12 days.

Venue: the Baltic, the Mediterranean or the Black Sea (to be specified separately).

Day 1

1.1 Introduction. Psychology – Psychophysics. Distributing literature. The theory of breathing under the water. Study of the equipment material part – 3 hours.

1.2 The overall physical fitness examination: push-ups, pull-ups, running – 3 hours (equipment test).

1.3 Psychological training and stress resistance - general course – 1.5 hours.

1.4 Night equipment test (night quick march to the sea for those who has not passed).

1.5 Pair formation.

Day 2

2.1 Physical training on the beach (jogging, exercise in pairs – carry each other on shoulders, group swim in the sea at 500 meters distance and back) – Theoretical course № 1, № 2 – 3 hours.

2.2 Lunch. Rest – 1 hour.

2.3 Working in the pool according the program «devoid», D1, D2, D3.

2.4 Study of the equipment material part. Theoretical course № 3 – 2 hours.

2.5 Group equipment dressing – development of the cooperation and mutual assistance. Exercises in BA (breathing apparatus). Working off entering the water in three ways without BA (breathing apparatus). Correctness control of the couples composition (whether it’s needed to change something).

2.6 Passing the equipment gathering test with BA (breathing apparatus).

Day 3 – intensive work with Open-Circuit SCBA and Closed-Circuit SCBA.

3.1 Morning - classes on the beach. Meditation. Theoretical course 4, 5. Meditation.

3.2 Swimming pool - practical work with BA. All skills. Lunch.

3.3 Jogging along the sea on the stones. Heat in wetsuits and flippers on the 500 meters distance and back without flippers – simulation of load delivery.

3.4 Theoretical exam.

3.5 Night classes in the pool.

3.6 Night up and examination according to the standards of team and equipment gathering.

Day 4

4.1 Intensive pair work. Equipment preparation and underwater work (swimming pool). Lunch.

4.2 Swimming pool. Turtleneck. Navigation rules before the sea transport management theory in the evening. Short rest.

4.3. Night sea heat on the 1 km distance and back with a load. Then exercises on the coast (student is weighted with the aqualung, loaded backpack and weapons), it’d needed to reach the milestone under enemy fire (instructors strikes, knockdown, explosions and fire).

Day 5

5.1 Morning heat – 500 meters.

5.2 Team work in the sea. Full mode task team performance.

5.3. Equipment delivery by sea. Orientation. Lunch.

5.4 Tactical training and shooting on the range. Night working out of the rounds required.

Day 6

6.1 Sea heat on the 1 km distance.

6.2 Full daylight lessons on the shooting range (paintball field). Operating with the radio.

Day 7

7.1 Sabotage basis, counter-sabotage action (theory). Orientation (underwater and ground-based). The difference between the actions of PMC security units – SPUGR (special strike force) and SPOGR (special defense group).

7.2 Vehicles of the saboteurs and spies delivery. Water area protection. Tactics.

7.3 Sailing away at the sea on a vehicle, landing, working out the methods, group gathering.

7.4 Night diving, transporters.

7.5 Study of parachute systems and landing methods (from the air).

Day 8

8.1 Free diver training. Sailing away at sea on a vehicle.

8.2 Standard SDT with ADP (special strike forces’ prompt action with Open-Circuit SCBA).

8.2 Actions SDT with Closed-Circuit SCBA.

8.3 Working in pairs, working in groups to perform the tasks. Entering to the water outlet. Daytime.

Day 9

9.1 Morning heat. Combat training. Battlefield management basis under the water.

9.2 Knife fight, its varieties and differences in the environment (land-based practice).

9.3 Combat swimmer hand-to-hand fighting. Firs aid for long-range weapons injuries.

9.4 Working in the pool – underwater fight, exercises. Intermediate qualification.

Day 10

It’s dedicated to the firing of underwater weapons. Enemy countering tactics while he is using various types of fighting; search operations, object detection, mines, dangerous items, locations safety, control of water and navigation areas. Underwater and surfaced target control. Orientation task performing in the poor visibility conditions (it is formed on the basis of the previous days analysis).

Day 11

11.1 The overall physical fitness.

11.2 Sea and land operations with task implementation in accordance with the acquirements.

11.3 Night operation with target hit performance standards, team work for the various tasks. Departure – task – back.

Day 12

12.1. Sailing away at the sea on a vessel. Team work out according to the special task. AIS (automatic identification system), team activities. Rescue operations.

12.2 TST (tactical and special training). Night operations.

12.3 Verification. Team examination.
